A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY2015 BUDGET
Whereas, The City will set a date for Public Hearing for the FY2015 Budget for the
CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is required by law to hold
a Public Hearing for review of the proposed budget before adoption;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the
Public Hearing for 26th, 2014.
On the 12th day of February, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution 2014 -016, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY2015 BUDGET
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none
Absent: none
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution 2014 -016, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY2015 BUDGET to be adopted and signified his approval of
the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of February, 2014.
