BE IT ORDAIA D BY the Con:zon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. i-RUREAS, Ordinance No. 1/+72-1953, Cornonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Richmond, and the ,Zone map made a part thereof, described and designated as "Cf' Residential,
the following; described territory in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
"Being a part of the southwest quarter of section twnety-one (21), and part of
the northwest quarter of section twenty-eight (28), both in Township Fourteen
(14) North, Range One (1) West, in the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,
and being more particularly describdd as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of the northwest quarter of said Section timnty-eight (28), and rimning
thence, from said beginning point, north, along the west line of the southwest
quarter of said section twenty-one (21), and along the centerline of United States
Highway Twenty-seven (27), a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165) feet;
thence east, parallel to the south line of said southwest quarter, two hundred
sixty-four (264) feet; thence south, parallel to -the west lines of said south-
west and northwest qua°ters, three hundred thirty (330) feet; thence West, parallel
to the north line of said northwest quarter, two hundred sixty-four (264) feet
to a point in the west line of the northwest quarter of said section twenty-
eight (28); thence north, alonr, said west line, one hundred sixty-five (165) feet
to the placo of beginning, containing; a total area of tiro (2.0) acres, gore or
less, there being one (1.0) acre, :ore or less in the southwest quarter of said
section twenty-one (21), and one (1.0) acre, pore or loos, in the northwest quarter
of said section twenty-eight (28).11
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to clian e the use of said territory, and
all thereof, to I'D" Residential.

SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Coning Ordinance and on
the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described territory
to I'D" IResidential and that said territory and the use and area thereof be regulated
accordingly
SECTIOi4 3. TI-.s Ordinance shall be in full force and effect froia and after its passage,
approval by the t-layor and publications as by law required.
