FUND NO. J-13 (3-31-3115 COAL AND OIL.
1,1HEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money for the various functions of the City Governmebt than was appropriated
in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY T''E COY�X)N C4-13IrCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOTND, INDIANA
that for the expenses of the City Govrnment and its institutions for the year
ending December 31,1964,the following amount of money is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held
to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless
expressly stipulated by law.
SUCTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the
following specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared
to exist:

SECTION 3, Whereas, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unobligated balances which will not be used as follows, and the same
be appropriated to the above named item:

Law Improvements.
SECTION 4. An extraordinanry emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the mayor and is subject to the Laws of the State of
Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
