The scope, nature and character of the easement shall be as follows: 1. Recitals. The recitals herein are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into and made a part of the easement. 2. Purpose. It is the purpose of this license to grant a non-exclusive ingress and egress access license over, on, upon, across and along the Leased Property for the purpose of vehicular and equipment ingress and egress to and from certain real property and related appurtenances in the vicinity of the Leased Property for the purposes set forth in the lease for the Leased Property and for the duration of the lease. 3. Grantee's Liability. The consideration herein recited shall constitute payment ;in full for any reasonable damage, absent negligence and willful misconduct, /to the land of GRANTORS, their successors and assigns, by reason of ingress and egress referred to herein. GRANTEE shall be responsible for any costs or liabilities related to the operation, upkeep, or maintenance of this license.
