A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE MOAB RECREATION AND
AQUATIC CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Moab establishes fees for city services by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center has determined that there are a number of
membership types that should be added to the fee structure, pursuant to citizen and user requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB RESOLVE TO
ADOPT THE MOAB RECREATION AND AQUATIC CENTER FEE STRUCTURE SHOWN AS
EXHIBIT 1 HERETO.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab, Utah in open
session this 24th day of September, 2013.
