The Greencastle Board of Works met in Executive Session Tuesday, July 31. 2001, 8:00 a.m. at
City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 8:15 a.m. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Sue Murray and George Murphey. Also present was City
Engineer Morrow and Water Superintendent Dale.
This meeting was held in regard to Pending Litigation pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B). No
other items were discussed.
Motion to adjourn made by Sue Murray, seconded by George Murphey. Vote was unanimous.
