A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A PROJECTOR,
AV AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Whereas, The City recognizes that the new city hall building will need a projector, audio
and recording capabilities and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it has received a few
quotes for equipment and installation;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
purchasing the necessary equipment from Brent's Computer Service in the amount of
$4,552.
On the 26th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2014 -021, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A PROJECTOR, AV AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT
FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded
by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -021, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
PURCHASE OF A PROJECTOR, AV AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT FO THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 26th day of February, 2014.
