AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for Hamel Urban Service Area — Trunk Water
Connection Rates shall be:
$3,580.00 per living unit for residential connections, or equivalent residential unit
for non-residential connections
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 5th day of October, 2004.
