A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PAY ESTIMATE #2 AND CHANGE ORDER TO
HAGGERTY FOR THE WATER STORAGE PRESSURE UPGRADE PROJECT
Whereas, The City recognizes that adjustments need to be made occasionally on
projects and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
approving the pay estimate and change order to Haggerty for the Water Storage
Pressure Upgrade Project.
On the 26th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014 -022, A RESOLUTION
approving the pay estimate #2 and change order to Haggerty for the water
storage pressure upgrade project and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded
by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -022, A RESOLUTION approving the pay
estimate #2 and change order to Haggerty for the water storage pressure upgrade
project to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 26th day of February, 2014.
