ORDINANCE NO. 375
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN
AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for
Hamel Urban Service Area — Trunk
Water Connection Rates shall be:
$3,580.00 per living unit for residen-
tial connections, or equivalent resi-
dential unit for non-residential con-
nections
Section 2: This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the city council of the
city of Medina this 5th day of Octo-
ber, 2004.
