ORDINANCE NO. 376
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN
AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for
use of the Hamel Community Build-
ing shall be:
Community Building Rental Rates,
Time Period, Non -Resident, Medina
Resident or Business
Medina Public Service Groups,
Anytime, not applicable, not applica-
ble
Mon - Fri., All Day, $50, $40
Mon - Fri. Under 25 people, Under
4 hours, $25, $20
Sat. & Sun., All Day, $125, $100
Sat. & Sun., Under 4 hours, $50,
$40
Alcohol Usage (in addition to base
fee), All Day, $50, $50
`Kitchen Service Area and Outdoor
Shelter use included in all fees,
Community Building Damage/Se-
curity Deposit", To cover any dam-
age to facility, extra clean-up, or can-
cellation of event without 48 hours
notice
Any Day, Before 5:00 p.m., $150,
$150
Any Day, After 5:00 p.m., $250,
$250
Any Day w/ Alcohol or Dance, Any-
time, $500, $500
'Deposits will not be required for
Medina Public Service Groups,
Section 2: This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the city council of the
city of Medina this 7th day of Decem-
ber, 2004.
