The Department of Infrastructure and Development is requesting the approval of contract 93-
2019 with American Structure Point, Inc., 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN in an amount
not to exceed $50,000 for a land use plan for the former hospital site, located at 1401 & 1403
Chester Blvd.
