Minutes of last meting read and motion by Httisman second by Eckhoff were
approved.
There being no objectors to proposed budget, motion was made by Eckhoff
second by Lucre to adopt budget as proposed, r_otion earried.
Motion by Luwe second by Starr that Ho11is Ryken be retained as consulting
engineer -for construction and instaLiation. of a water filter, at a fee of
not more than 1G� � motion carried.
Motion by Huisman second by Eckhoff to file treasures report, carried.
