RESOLUTION AMENDING SHORT TERM
DISABILITY PAYMENTS IN 1999
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret that effective
January 1, 1999, the Short Term Disability benefit payments shall be at a rate, not to
exceed Three Hundred Eighty One Dollars ($381.00) per week for full-time employees
and One Hundred Ninety Dollars and Fifty Cents ($190.50) per week for part-time
employees and the Chief Financial Officer is hereby authorized and directed to
undertake action as is required to implement this provision in the Borough's Poicy, No/
Control No. 17318Q, with the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Adopted this 21st day of January, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 22, 1999.
