Dear Resident of Edgecliff Road, Westland Road and Woodleigh Road:
Weather permitting; the Watertown Department of Public Works and our
contractor Newport Construction will continue with the complete street project
work starting on Monday, April 1, 2019.
The work will consist of adjustment/repairs to concrete sidewalk and granite curb,
street border work (landscaping), signage installation, raising of street castings,
installation of top coat of asphalt and pavement markings.
`No Parking' signs will be posted along the area selected for road work. Please
do not park your car in front of the posted area. The Watertown Police will be
informed of the construction and its effects. Typical hours of construction work
are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We understand that the process is noisy, messy and disruptive and apologize in
advance for inconvenience you may experience. We know you will enjoy the
improved appearance and condition of your roadway for many years in the
future.
