RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, IN THE COUNTY
OF ivIIDDLESEX FURTHER AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13 -214
ADOPTED ON NOVENIBER 21, 2013
WHEREAS, on November 21, 2013, the Borough adopted Resolution No. 13-
214 conditionally designating HC Redevelopment, LLC ( "HC "), an affiliate of
Hampshire Real Estate Companies, as the redeveloper of the "Project Site ", as
defined in Resolution No. 13 -214 as Block 2801, Lots 1, 2 & 3 (formerly Block
64.01, Lots 1, 2/5 & 3) on the Borough's tar map; and
WHEREAS, the Borough desires to amend Resolution No. 13 -214 to define the
Project Site as Block 2802, Lot 2 only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex and the State of
New Jersey, as follows:
1. The aforementioned recitals are incorporated herein as though
fully set forth at length.
2. The term "Project Site ", as that term is defined in Resolution
No. 13 -214 is hereby amended to mean the following property:
"Block 2802, Lot 2."
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 19 day of June, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 20, 2014.
