covenant and agreement shall be subject to the review and ap-
proval of the City Attorney and Community Development Director.
Section 4. Except for the modification as approved in
Section 3 above, all other conditions of Resolution No.
89- 1489PC shall remain in effect.
Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
on the 22nd day of October, 1991, the following vote:
