WARRANTY DEED
For value received BURTON E. WALKER and BETTE J. WALKER,
husband and wife, the grantors, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the CITY OF McCALL, a municipal corporation
of -the State of Idaho, the grantee, whose address is McCall,
Idaho 83638 , the following described premises in Valley
County, Idaho, to-wit:
A parcel of land situate in Lot 3,, Section 9 , Township .
18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, City of
McCall, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of 2nd and Park
Streets, as shown on -the official plat thereof on
file at -the office of -the County Recorder of Valley
County, thence South 110 42 ' 17" East, 60. 00 feet
to the southerly boundary of Park Street, thence
South 780 17 ' 43" West 85. 00 feet along said southerly
boundary -to the real point of beginning; thence,
South 110 42 ' 17" East, 145. 69 feet; thence, North
891 50' 58" West, 5 . 11 feet; thence, North, 11'
42' 17" West, 144 . 63 feet -to said southerly boundary,
thence, North 780 17 ' 43" East, 5 . 00 feet to the
point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD -the said premises, with their
appurtenances unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever. And -the said Grantors do hereby covenant
to and with the said Grantee -that they are -the owners in
fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all
incumbrances and that they will warrant and defend -the
same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
