Bearings based on State Plane Grid. This Deed conveys only the personal property and it is contemplated that a subsequent Deed will convey the actual real property described herein . This conveyance of personal property only to the City of McCall is an absolute and complete conveyance of said of any right, title and interest the said Grantors have in said personal property.
