CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
IllLLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
March 13, 2000
7:30 PM, Town Barn
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on March 13,2000 at the end of their
regular meeting in the Hillsborough Town Barn for the purpose of discussing a personnel
matter. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Protem Kenneth Chavious and
Commissioners Frances Dancy, Evelyn Lloyd, Mark Sheridan, Brian Lowen. Absent from
the meeting was Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr. Staffpresent were Town Manager Eric
Peterson, Town Clerk Donna Armbrister, Police Chief Nathaniel Eubanks, and Town
Engineer Kenny Keel.
Mayor Protem Kenneth Chavious called the meeting to order.
Town Manager Eric Peterson updated the Board with information they had requested on an
inmate participating in the Inmate Labor Program.
The Town Board discussed the Town's Inmate Labor Program.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Dancy, seconded by Commissioner Lowen, the Board
~~ ~ a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
