RESOLUTION 2022-12-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH
CONROY EXCAVATING INC. FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE BYERS AVE WATERLINE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser has planned and budgeted for the Byers Ave Waterline
Replacement Project.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser received three bids for this project and has chosen the
lowest, most qualified bidder to complete the work.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes the Town Manager to enter into contract with
Conroy Excavating Inc. for the completion of the Byers Ave Waterline Replacement
Project for a price not to exceed $984,649 which includes the contractor's bid plus an
additional 10% contingency towards construction change orders if needed.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 7th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2022.
