RESOLUTION 2022-12-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO BEGIN
CONTRACT NEGOTATIONS WITH AND AWARD THE VICTORIA VILLAGE PROJECT WITH
MOUNTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. FOR THE PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT OF VICTORIA VILLAGE FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF BUILDING
ATTAINABLE HOUSING.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser published a Request for Qualifications (RFQs) on
August 15, 2022 to identify a developer to partner with for the master planning and development
of Victoria Village.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser received ten RFQs from interested developers and
facilitated public presentations from four developer finalists.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser will begin contract negotiations with the identified
developer and bring the finalized contract to the Board of Trustees for final approval before final
execution with said developer.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes the Town Manager to award the Victoria Village
Affordable Housing Project and begin contract negotiations with Mountain Affordable
Housing Development for the planning and development of Victoria Village for the
primary purpose of building attainable housing for the Fraser Valley community.
