ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, IN THE
COUNTY OF iVIIDDLESEX, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 14 -2
ADOPTED ON JANUARY 23, 2014
WHEREAS, the Borough Council desires to amend Ordinance 14 -2, adopted by the
Borough Council on January 23, 2014, to provide that the terms "Redeveloper" and
"Entity", as used therein, shall mean 50 Bryla HPFVIII Urban Renewal, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCH OF
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, NEW JERSEY AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Ordinance 14 -2, adopted by the Borough Council on January 23,
2014, is hereby amended to provide that the terms 'Redeveloper"
and "Entity", as used therein, shall mean 50 Bryla HPFVIII Urban
Renewal, LLC.
Section 2. The Borough hereby consents to the execution, by 50 Bryla Urban
Renewal, LLC and 50 Bryla HPFVIB Urban Renewal, LLC, of any
agreements or documents necessary to transfer any contractual or
other obligations from 50 Bryla Urban Renewal, LLC to 50 Bryla
HPFVIII Urban Renewal, LLC, and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute an}' agreements or documents with either party in
connection therewith.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect in accordance with applicable law.
