Thank You, Ryan Bennett TOWN OF BREWSTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Brewster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a (virtual) public hearing on Tuesday, December 8 , 2020 beginning at 7 : 00 PM . Pursuant to Governor Baker ' s March 12 , 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 , 2020 Order imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster livestream on Channel 18 . Pursuant to section 179 -25B and 179 -6 of the Brewster zoning bylaws , applicant seeks a Special Permit to lift existing historic cottage and pour new foundation constructing 26 ' . 0"x 38 ' . 0" addition to the west on property located at 30 Swift Lane in the Residential Medium (RM) zoning district and identified on Assessor Map 69 , Lot 97 , and within the Wetlands Conservancy District. ZBA Case #20- 17 : Applicant : Robert S . Tulloch and J . Bruce MacGregor . Pursuant to Brewster zoning bylaws section 179 , Table 1 , Use 8 , applicants seek an appeal from the Building Commissioner ' s October 6 , 2020 determination, in the alternative, applicants seek a one-time variance from the Table of Use Regulations to allow grinding of an existing concrete material pile on property located at 0 Commercial Street, Commercial High Density (C-H) zoning district and shown on Assessor Map 77 , Lots 19 , 21 and 22 .
