AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS BERGEN, HAYWARD AND HARRISON
PUMPING STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for Bergen, Hayward and Harrison Pumping
Station Improvements are complete and ready for advertisement; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has determined that it is in the best interest of
the Borough to authorize bids for said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids
for Bergen, Hayward and Harrison Pumping Station Improvements.
Adopted this 21 st day of January, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 22, 1999.
