III. NPDES (WASTEWATER DISCHARGE) PERMIT

1. Mercury Testing is biggest concern.
2. Requested confirmation of ocean discharge
3. Requested that EPD recognize the same tests for multiple requirements (cost savings)
4. Watershed Protection Plan is due June 12, 2011. Watershed Assessment not yet approved.

2. 8,200 linear feet of 8” waterline on Butler Street
3. Replace Lift Station No. 3 Forcemain with 5,280 linear feet of
new 8” force main
4. Replace Lift Station No. 6 force main with 5,500 linear feet of
new 12” force main
