The mold on firewalls at permit numbers listed above has been successfully treated and
the firewalls should function properly. Coastal Environmental Services is the company
that treated the mold and provides a 25 year warranty to guarantee there will no further
mold issues with the units. The integrity of the sheetrock has not been compromised.
Please find attached copies of the mold warranties provided by Coastal Environmental
Services. Call with any questions.

On May 23, 2007 we checked the new heights (after the Roof Heights were lowered) of the
building units at TYBEE VILLAGE.
We have determined that buildings 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 8A,
and 8B (based on the average GROUND ELEVATION OF 7.1') are WITHIN COMPLIANCE of
the Building Height Limit as required by the City Of Tybee.
I will be available (by appointment) to meet on site with any person or persons that would need
an explanation as to the method we used to determine the Building Heights.
