WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an
annual budget for calendar year 2011 on September 28th, 2010 and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
Sanitation Solid Waste $576,536.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December 2011.
