MINUTES
HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
May 8, 2000
7:30 PM, Town Barn
The HiIlsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on May 8, 2000 for the Purpose of
Discussing a Personnel Matter. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Horace H. Johnson,
Sr., and Commissioners Kenneth Chavious, Frances Dancy, Evelyn Lloyd, Mark Sheridan, Brian
Lowen. Staff present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, and Town Clerk Donna Armbrister.
CLOSED SESSION
Town Manager Eric Peterson discussed with the Board the heavy and demanding workload of the
Manager's Position.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner Dancy, the Board moved to
return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
