ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LEVYING OF TAXES AND THE APPROPRIATION
OF FUNDS IN THE TOWN OF FRASER, GRAND COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR THE YEAR
1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That there shall be and hereby is,appropriated for the
year 1979 the sum of S 82974.00
which shall be apportioned $ 53668.00
to the General Fund and $29.306.00 to
the Water Fund.
2. That the tax levy for the year 1979 shall be

3. That the moneys raised therefrom shall be apportioned
as follows:

4. That the Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser finds
and netermines that aD emergency exists and that this Ordinance shall
be immediately effective upon its adoption so as to insure compliance
with 529-1-111, C.R.S., 1973, as amended, and the availability of
funds for the operation of the Town during the fiscal year 1979. That
said emergency is declared for the protection of the health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of the Town of Fraser.
