Dear Resident of Knowles Road, Holly Street and Whitcomb Street:
Weather permitting; the Watertown Department of Public Works and our
contractor Newport Construction will begin the process of installing a binder
course of road pavement on Thursday, August 17, 2017.
`No Parking' signs will be posted along the area selected for road work. Please
do not park your car in front of the posted area. The Watertown Police will be
informed of the construction and its effects. Typical hours of construction work
are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We understand that the process is noisy, messy and disruptive and apologize in
advance for inconvenience you may experience. We know you will enjoy the
improved appearance and condition of your sidewalks for many years in the
future.
