PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 368.
The ordinance amends the zoning
district created in 2001 for Uptown
Hamel by removing "Planned Unit
Development" from the district's title
and by deleting reference to the sin-
gle family transition area. The ordi-
nance also removes the public de-
sign criteria relating to public im-
provements to be constructed within
the area. District standards are being
modified to increase the maximum
building height and to allow higher
densities for both single family and
multi -family residential uses. The full
text of Ordinance No. 368 is availa-
ble for inspection at Medina city hall
during regular business hours.
