The parade route is SW 13tn Street, down West Main Street to 1st Street to Hub Etchison Parkway. The Police Department will work intersection by intersection for those closures. Senior Opportunities 4t" Street Fair On Saturday October 5, 2019 and Sunday October 6, 2019 they are requesting to close South 4tn Street between South "A" and South "E" Street starting at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days. City of Richmond Greg Steins, Director of Public Works and Engineering is requesting that a 3 way stop sign be placed at the intersection of North "E" Street and North 10t" Street. BID OPENINGS • REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TOP UNITS AT THE SENIOR CENTER BID AWARDS CONTRACTS • REVISED CONTRACT NO. 95-2019 — STRYKER MEDICAL — STRYKER SALES CORPORATION The contract was originally approved on June 20, 2019 but because of the name change a revised copy of the contract was drawn up. They provide annual maintenance, inspection and repair of medical cots, and stair chairs for the Richmond Fire Department The amount is still $4,644.00 for complete and satisfactory performance for each year of the contract that services are satisfactorily performed. • CONTRACT NO. 125-2019 — WEBSTER TWONSHIP VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT This is to donate ten (10) MSA SCBA packs that have been taken out of the Richmond Fire Department service for the sum of $1.00 • CONTRACT NO. 124-2019 — MIKESELL EXCAVATING, INC The demolition of Blighted Properties for the Blight Elimination Program (BEP) Not to exceed $201.210.00 • CONTRACT NO. 126-2019 — COMMUNITY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, INC. The purchase of a black 2019 Dodge Durango V6 AWD for the Richmond Police Department Not to exceed $29,325.25 CHANGE ORDERS ADDENDUMS • ADDENDUM NO.2 TO CONTRACT NO. 155-2016 — RUNDELL ERNSTBERGER ASSOCIATES, INC.
