Homecoming Parade
On Wednesday September 18, 2019 they are requesting that SW 13t" Street between National
Road West and West Main Street be closed starting at 4:30 p.m. for the Parade Line-up which
will begin at 5:00 p.m. and parade will start at 6:30 p.m. They are also asking that Hub Etchison
Parkway be closed starting at 6:00 p.m. until the parade is over. The parade route is SW 13tn
Street, down West Main Street to 1st Street to Hub Etchison Parkway. The Police Department will
work intersection by intersection for those closures.
Senior Opportunities
4t" Street Fair
On Saturday October 5, 2019 and Sunday October 6, 2019 they are requesting to close South 4tn
Street between South "A" and South "E" Street starting at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days.
City of Richmond
Greg Steins, Director of Public Works and Engineering is requesting that a 3 way stop sign be
placed at the intersection of North "E" Street and North 10t" Street.

from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for their Annual Butterfly Release.

The contract was originally approved on June 20, 2019 but because of the name change a revised
copy of the contract was drawn up. They provide annual maintenance, inspection and repair of
medical cots, and stair chairs for the Richmond Fire Department
The amount is still $4,644.00 for complete and satisfactory performance for each year of the
contract that services are satisfactorily performed.

This is to donate ten (10) MSA SCBA packs that have been taken out of the Richmond Fire

Association annual fundraising event. The dates and times are as follows:

August 31, 2019 — 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
September 1, 2019 — 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
