WAIVING PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FEES ASSOCIATED WITH
THE WEST CARTERET FACADE IMPROVENIENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Mayor Daniel J. Reiman and the Council of the Borough of Carteret are
implementing a UEZ/SID Nest Carteret Fagade Improvement Program ( "Program ") as
part of the Borough's revitalization and redevelopment initiatives for the area; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has proposed and the Council is in agreement to waive the
Zoning/Building Permit fees as part of this effort to help insure that the property owners
can take Ml advantage of this Program, with the community benefiting from the private
investment in the improvements made possible by the Program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that all municipal planning and zoning board fees associated with the Nest
Carteret Fagade Improvement Program are hereby waived.
