AUTHORIZING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of certain Plenary Retail Consumption, Plenary
Retail Distribution and Club Licenses have been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk reports that the requisite fee by each applicant has
been paid; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the licenses be issued by the Borough of
Carteret and the appropriate officers of the Borough are hereby authorized to issue
and sign the same in the name of the Borough of Carteret for the period commencing
July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015, upon application filed by;
HOTEL /MOTEL LICENSE
1201 -36- 064 -003 Muer Restaurant Holdings LLC 30 Minue Street $4536.00
