Call to Order: 9:15 am
Attendance: Via Zoom—Jacki Rubin, Lola Elliot, Dawn Matus
In Library—David Gallipoli
Jacki made a motion to go into executive session to discuss the 2020 personnel evaluation for
the Library Director. Lola seconded. Jacki, Lola, David and Dawn all voted aye.
Jacki made a motion to exit the executive session at 9:39 am. David seconded. Jacki, Lola,
David and Dawn all voted in favor.
Jacki made a motion to accept the 2020 personnel evaluation for the Library Director. David
seconded. Jacki, Lola, David and Dawn all voted in the affirmative.
