HomeMy Public PortalAboutCHAP 123 OH Dept. of liquor control.pdf CHAPTER 123: OHIO DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR CONTROL SURVEILLANCE SECTION 123.01 Prohibition of Surveillance 123.02 Fines 123.03 Complaints 123.01 PROHIBITION OF SURVEILLANCE All surveillance activities by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control which inhibit, threaten or impede interstate commerce and, in particular, the purchase of liquor, beer, or wine by Ohio residents at stores located within the City of Richmond, Indiana, are hereby prohibited. 123.02 FINES The prohibited activities described in the preceding section shall constitute an ordinance violation subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. Each activity shall constitute a separate ordinance violation. 123.03 COMPLAINTS A verified complaint for such an ordinance violation may be filed with the Department of Law by a person who has observed such surveillance activity, which complaint will be filed in Wayne Superior Court No. 3, Wayne County, Indiana, as an ordinance violation.
