CLOSED SESSION MINUTES
HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
June 12, 2000
The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on June 12th, 2000 in the Hillsborough
Town Barn. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Horace H. Johnson, Sr., and
Commissioners Kenneth Chavious, Frances Dancy, Evelyn Lloyd, Mark Sheridan, Brian Lowen.
Staff present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, Town Clerk Donna Armbrister, Town Engineer
Kenny Keel.
Mayor Johnson opened the Closed Session to discuss pending Reservoir Litigation and Real
Estate Acquisition.
Town Attorney Nick Herman updated the Board on the status of the Reservoir Litigation cases.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Lowen, seconded by Commissioner Dancy, the Board moved
to return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0. The motion was declared passed.
