CHAPTER 125: GARAGE AND AUTO SALES SECTION 125.01 Garage, Yard and Porch Sales 125.02 Auto Sales 125.99 Penalty 125.01 GARAGE, YARD AND PORCH SALES A garage, yard or porch sale operated
by the owner or tenant of a property in a residential district, independent of any other business enterprise, shall be permitted. However, such garage sale shall be limited to a period
of one to four consecutive days five times per year. (Ord. 54-1994) Penalty, see 125.99 125.02 AUTO SALES The offering for sale of no more than five motor vehicles per year from a residential
