AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY
PRE - DISASTER iVIITIGATION PLAN AGREEMENT
13ET`VERN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND MIDDLESEX COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement with Middlesex County with regard to the Pre - Disaster Mitigation Plan.
Adopted this 21" day of August, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 22, 2014.
