A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL I OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING POSTPONING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDINANCE 1652 AND
RESOLUTION 2012.120 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 31, 2012
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1652, decreasing
was adopted on June 5, 2012; and

HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves postponing enforcement of Ordinance
1652 and Resolution 2012.120 until September 31,, 2012.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED
immediately upon its adoption.
