RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT ESTIMATE 4 2
2014 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM — CONTRACT A PROJECT
EAS, the Borough of Carteret (tire "Borough ") and S. Brothers, Inc, have previously
into a construction contract for the 2014 Road Improvement Program — Contract A
and
WHEREAS, the Borough's consulting engineers for the project, CME Associates, has advised
the governing body that the work has been successfidly completed and has recommended
payment of the above referenced contract and authorizes Progress Payment Estimate # 2 be paid
to S. Brothers, Inc..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret as follows:
1. That Progress Payment Estimate # 2, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby approved and payment of the same is hereby authorized in
accordance with the Borough Engineer's recommendation.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and CME Associates.
Adopted this 4' day of September, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 5, 2014.
