RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT CERTIFICATE NO.3
2013 SEWER TELEVISION INSPECTION CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the `Borough ") and National Water Main
Cleaning Co., have previously entered into a construction contract for the 2013 Sewer
Television Inspection Contract; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's consulting engineers for the project, T &M Associates, has
advised the governing body that the work has been successfully completed and has
recommended payment of the above referenced contract and authorizes Payment
Certificate No. 3 be paid to National Water Main Clearing Co..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That payment Certificate No. 3, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, is hereby approved and payment of the same is hereby
authorized in accordance with the Borough Engineer's recommendation.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and T &M Associates.
Adopted this 18" day of September, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 19, 2014.
