RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT ESTIMATE 91 & #2
2014 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM — CONTRACT B
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the `Borough ") and Black Rock Enterprises, LLC, have
previously entered into a construction contract for the 2014 Road Improvement Program —
Contract B Project; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's consulting engineers for the project, CME Associates, has advised
the governing body that the work has been successfully completed and has recommended
payment of the above referenced contract and authorizes Progress Payment Estimate #1 & #2 be
paid to Black Rock Enterprises, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret as follows:
1. That Progress Payment Estimate #1 & #2, a copy of which are attached bereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and payment of the same are
hereby authorized in accordance with the Borough Engineer's
recommendation.
2. a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and CME Associates.
Adopted this 2 day of October, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 3, 2014.
