Hidden Valley Block Party
On Sunday September 29, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. they are requesting 860 Hidden Valley Lane the
cal -de -sac closed to host a neighborhood block party. The rain date for this event is October 20",
2019.
• SIDEWALK ENCROCHMENT

1st Annual Pumpkin Trail
On October 5, 2019 from noon to 5 p.m. the request is a sidewalk encroachment along the North
side of East Main Street between 5t" & 6t" Streets (starting in front of Hello Beautiful) and on both
the North and South Sides of East Main from 6t" Street to 10t" Street. Business owners are aware
and are participating. CCDC would also like to reserve two parking spaces in front of Circle E for
Roscoe's Coffee truck and an additional vendor to set up.

• CONTRACT NO. 152-2019 — IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF INDIANA — RICHMOND
The Richmond Fire Department will make available its facilities for the coordinator and students.
They also are providing an environment for the educational training experiences needed by the
students.
• CONTRACT NO. 153-2019 — MAZE DESIGN
To provide professional services with preparation for design drawing specifications required for
the addition of an approximate 11,600 square foot metal building located at the Izzy Edelman
Training Facility at 1740 S. 8t" Street.
Not to exceed $52,400.00
• CONTRACT NO. 156-2019 — B&MGP LLC D/B/A CARVER'S RESTAURANT
To provide breakfast catering services for the City's Health Fair at the Kuhlman Center on
October 4, 2019.
The rate is $10.00 a person making it $2,000.00 for 200 people and will agree to serve an
additional 50 people if need be for an additional $500.00.
