Enclosed please find three copies of the Record -Of -Survey that we have filed with the County and
three copies of the legal descriptions for the three permanent easements associated with the
J-Ditch, Phase 2 project.
The City needs to discuss the need for easement agreements with your attorney to determine if
any additional agreements are needed between the Grantor and Grantee. It is possible that the
original purchase agreement for the property may be adequate in these regards, but we
recommend that you review this issue with your counsel to determine if additional agreements are
appropriate to finalize the easements. Once this issue is adequately addressed, you can file the
final easements with the County.
