Southerly boundary of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, North 89° 59'38"
West, 334.51 feet; thence North 00° 11'24" East, 25.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 76°43'13" West, 165.04 feet;
thence South 89'22'10" West, 311.60 feet;
