described center line:
Commencing at the Center 1/4 corner of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho; thence South 00° 12'07" West, along the Easterly
boundary of the Southwest i/, 330.00 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary of Government
Lot 7, of Section 17; thence along said boundary, South 89'59'26" West, 334.72 feet to a point
on the Westerly boundary of said Government lot; thence along said boundary, South 00° 11'24"
West, 382.28 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 41 ' 46'41 " East, 33.66 feet;
thence North 81 °22'44" East, 367.63 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of a
Certain Deed, Instrument No. 67172, THE POINT OF TERMINUS.
