The lot are being developed as residential properties by Michael Bandy and Barry Koncul. A can be seen on the attached drainage area plan, drainage from the fronts of the lots will p ' arily be directed towards the side yards, along the drainage easement at the rear of the priperties and ultimately along city ROW to a stormwater intake at the corner of 13th St and M'ller Avenue. Because the drainage from each of the lots affects the other lot, the plan is be ng considered as a combined drainage plan.
