Commencing at the Center'/e corner of Section 17, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho; thence North 89°52'18" West, along the East-West
Center section line, 660.00 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of a certain deed,
Instrument No. 209028; thence along said boundary line, South 00'08'43" West, 152.72 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence South 82°59'58" East, 174.30 feet;
thence South 72 ° 01' 14" East, 48.68 feet;
thence South 23 ° 44' 11 " East, 131.79 feet;
thence South 11 "29'19" East, 21.31 feet to the POINT OF TERMINUS;
Sidelines to be lengthened or shortened to match the Beginning and Terminus.
